What is Medication-Assisted Therapy?
Our treatment specialization is MAT or Medication-Assisted Therapy. MAT is the use of medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a holistic approach to the treatment of substance abuse. Research shows that treating substance abuse with a combination of medication and behavioral therapies is the most successful way to treat substance abuse.

We offer suboxone®-assisted theraputic outpatient programs. In the coming months, we will be expanding our program at our Riverside office to include methadone-assisted therapy.

The law protects the relationship between a client and a doctor or therapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which we are required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
